Someone just posted on Facebook that they received their DVD and it contained 3 workouts, each just shy of 30 minutes long.

Awesome! I'm waiting for some reviews on this, but three workouts is good news!

I caved and ordered this and received my shipping confirmation! It will be nice to have a new DVD to try - it seems like those opportunities are fewer and farther between w/ streaming services!

I also have to confess that I totally fell for the sale ploy and ordered the yoga DVD they were advertising. I think when this arrives I will alternate days of YOga and Barre.

Donna - I'll admit that they got me looking at that yoga DVD, too.
Please let us know how you like it!

I have the Flat Belly Yoga DVD. Got it last year. Am totally in love with the Express pre-mix. No Sun Sals. Uses weights. The instructor's artistic vision is to avoid the woo-woo aspect of yoga.

I've never done the longer workout & I've heard that it does have sun sals. Love the Express.

Hi Pam! Kimberly Fowler. it's a virgin in my collection from a generous VFer.

How much is the Suzanne DVD including S/H?

Great! Now I'll have no excuse for not using those DVDs.

I believe it was $19.95 (and no shipping when I ordered last week).
