Tonique Workouts listed by length
I am enviously reading about the Hawaii workouts and wishing there were a Hawaii dvd out pronto so that I could do them too! In April/May I'm going to try to make better use of the tonique workouts that I do have. I listed what I could do by the workout length. Some of these workouts are too fast and/or too many reps for me, but I have them sorted out now on paper, so that as I get better, I can see what I should try next. I always get overwhelmed trying to decide, this should help. If it helps someone else, here it is:
Tonique Workouts 15 minutes: FF minutes 1:05 to 1:20 – 15 minutes blast Sylwia does 30 leg lift down to lunge jump-switch, so do 15 on each side. 3 one-arm plank, plank-squat thrust, push-up to down dog with a hop. FF Verve – 7 minutes - mostly ab curls FF Sway – 10 minutes - plank from a platform Sculpt Dynamics, Chapter One: 18 minutes Sculpt Dynamics, Chapter Three: 19.5 minutes Tonique Mat, there are 3 segments, about 20 minutes each. Download shorties: Cardio – 13 minutes – one leg hopping with mt. climbers at the end Sculpt One – 16 minutes – this one is also on FF/ATM dvds. Sculpt Two – 19 minutes Cardio Sculpt One – 17 minutes – hiit emphasis Cardio Sculpt Two – 23 minutes – plank emphasis Tonique Summer Bikini Project downloads: I think there are 7 of these, but some links may be dead by now. Like a Royale express workout. 45 minutes: Sculpt Dynamicss disc 2 – 38 minutes, arm focus FF Phase 3 – 38 minutes, has handstands! FF minutes 1:57 to 2:40 – 43 minutes – do leg lift down to lunge jump-switch on both legs: Sylwia does 40 reps on one leg only. When she holds a high plank, run and get the gymnastics mat. ATM – 40 minutes for the first half (I don’t enjoy the 2nd half – also 40 minutes) BTM 2.0 – 50 minutes Cardiomat – 50 minutes is all I can do, it goes for 75 minutes (I get bored). This one is easy now. Tonique Premier – 40 minutes followed by 17 minutes of floor work. Tonique disc 1 – 45 minutes – sculpting Tonique disc 2 – 45 minutes – more cardio hopping Hawaii Sunrise downloads (there are 5 downloads but Get Lifted is 90 minutes): Electric Glow – 45 minutes – mostly down dog moves Everybody Rocks 45 minutes – mostly plank and floor work Power of You – 45 minutes – a great mix, just a little of everything, doesn’t stay on one leg for long. Euphoria – 45 minutes – mostly standing, harder because she switches legs less often. 65 minutes or more: BTM 1.1 – 73 minutes and very glute intensive. Can do 25 minutes and rewind to shorten the workout. FF Phase 2 - 2 hours and 10 minutes. Can do a 75 minute workout this way: Minutes 0:30 to 1:05 is the first leg, minutes 1:20 to 1:57 is the second leg. Energy Mat – 65 minutes, half is on all fours for butt, second half is more core and ab curls. Tonique Royale – 93 minutes plus a 6 minute bonus. Can do 34 minutes and rewind to shorten the workout.
