I think that the good sleep effect is related to the arc of a typical class - with effort in the middle, then winding down to relaxation; all accompanied by breath awareness and control. If you skip relaxation, for example, you're likely to find yourself jittery and out of sorts as the practice won't be completed.
If it's too long to do the whole hour, I would recommend skipping flow or section repetitions (taking stuff out of the middle part) rather than shortening by skipping the end. I posted breakdowns of some (most?) classes on the original UY thread - wherever you see "repeat 3x", just do the first one and fast forward through the rest. But it's important to keep the arc intact if you're looking for mental benefits!

I just received this today and was trying to figure out how to incorporate these. I enjoy mixing days doing kettlebell workouts and either running/jump roping. I am limited on time so I am not sure how to throw these into the rotation.

I only do 1-2 days of yoga. For example this week, I am doing a rotation of Kettlebell Kickboxing (The Body Series). I scheduled Legs and Arms on Mo-Tu, Butt and Abs on Th-Fr with yoga on We and Sa.
