Buffmama, although many of the workouts are in the 50-60 minute range, a large percentage of them have 10-15 minutes of core at the end, so they are easy to shorten.
She also has a lot of workouts that are half cardio (or lower body, etc) and then half something else. Those are also very easy to split up or shorten. Lots and lots of options! |
