I don't click with Eoin. I love both UY and YW. Initially, I preferred UY over YW. But now, I enjoy both equally. Now, I find YW quite intense. As
I do it more, I find I have the opportunity to really get deep into every pose because it is slow and that is turning out quite intense for me.

I bought 365 WY. I do like Rudy, he seems the be very knowledgeable. His instructions are not as crystal clear as Travis's, but I do enjoy the DVD. I only did Versatile Warrior. The pace is a lot slower than UY but that does not mean that it's very easy. There is a lot of holding going on, and I felt that! Looking forward to doing the rest of the DVDs.
