Our first-floor a/c unit died yesterday, so it was too hot to work out. I worked out this morning in our bedroom (upstairs) before it got too hot. I did a Fitness Blender lower body strength workout and Blogilates Toned Thighs, which I like because it's a side series workout like Winsor Buns and Thighs (but a lot more reps).
We have a home warranty, so the HVAC will be covered. The repair guy is not coming until tomorrow morning, though. So no oven cooking. I'm making shredded BBQ chicken in the crockpot and serving with chopped salad and Hawaiian rolls for dinner.
Thanks Diana and Cynthia! We know what we plan to do, and we're just deciding which of the two towns will better serve those needs. We're working hard to get packed up and get the house ready, but we're not killing ourselves. DH has been experiencing a lot of hip and back pain and other physical problems, thanks probably to a new psoriasis med, so we are pacing ourselves.
