barre 3 30 minutes and some Tai chi, also strong knees 7 minutes.


Cheryl 2, it was that Luscious and Lean part 2. Squats, lunges, and more squats. 20 minutes thereof. Turned out to be a bad idea.

LynnF squats. we need them and I don't love them. Especially the next day.

Program:
workout 1 from Lauren's book.

Deadlift 10 reps
1 arm swing 5 reps
Chest press 10 reps
Suitcase Deadlift 5 reps
2 arm swing 10 reps

ALL done with 15 pounds. 2 rounds

Mobility Perfect in Ten Stretch : Upper body, back and Hips.

carrying around a loaf of bread in the middle is just plan mush.

Next week I can get back to the studio.

Good (and last!!!) rehearsal last night. I took the following as a compliment. The finale of Norma is one of those operatic things where everyone is singing at once, and not the same thing. The chorus sopranos are in 2 parts; our mezzo lead sings the second line (b/c there's nobody else to do it and her character is not scored for the finale). I asked the director, who was at the piano, to play the 1st soprano line; the entrances are a bit tricky, and are offset with the 2nd soprano line. He asked me if I was singing both parts. Gosh. I guess I was projecting, b/c it was Ms Powerhouse on the second line.

Hi Everyone!

No workout to report. I had a lot going on today and just ran short on time. Then this evening at church we had game night. It was a small group so we played chicken foot. I'm not sure if anyone here has played it. I had only played dominoes before. It was fun but the snacks got the best of me. I went overboard on nuts, which are a huge problem for me. There was also these little sandwiches that I shouldn't have eaten. The lady who made them helped a caterer when she was younger. They are made with cream cheese and maraschino cherries mixed together and then you put almond slices on top of that. Put the mixture between bread slices with crust cut off. I think you could also use pineapple in the mix. Not a single healthy thing in the mix but almost addictive.

HI,

REST day. so far I did good on doing a whole week. I feel good. nothing was dreaded. It's a beautiful day, a bit humid but still nice.

I don't know why grocery stores you need your winter coat to go down those 16 or 12 aisle.. I try not to go in all of them.

No bagged apples to make my own juice so I guess this week it will be carrot and ginger juice.
