Thanks to the recent Karen Voight thread, I pulled out Slim Physique this morning and did the cardio and abs plus the yoga stretch. I forgot how great this stretch is! This was a good way to spend part of the morning.

Today I did the aerobic sections from Jane Fonda’s Complete Workout and also her Stress Reduction workout. I’ve always loved the Complete Workout, although it wasn’t quite the same without my ex-husband here to make fun of my “turkey feathers”. I also did the aerobic section from Kathy Smith’s Pregnancy Workout which was a little tougher than I thought it would be with all the big arm movements. I could have done without the “prego rap”, though - too corny for me.

Revisiting some older Rodney Yee this week, ones I hadn't done since 2011! I have no idea how that happened! Monday I did Core Yoga Express and today I did the upper body segment of 15-Minute Results Yoga.

Yesterday I did The Firm- Calorie Killer 2. It was so nice to do old school aerobics! No burpees or mountain climbers in this workout, but of course lots of plyo jumps! I can't believe this workout is 20 years old. How time flies! Even though this workout is in the mansion setting, it doesn't seem quite as dated as a lot of Firm workouts.
