Hi!
I started mbf yesterday. The first workout for Week 1 was Lower Body Burn. My heartrate stayed high the entire time. Short warm-up, round 1 x 2, one minute BOD ropes, round 2 x 3, one minute BOD ropes, round 3 x 2, one minute ropes, round 4 x 3, one minute ropes, cool down. I liked it. I used 10's and 12's because my 8's were downstairs with my treadmill. It was a solid workout, and I really like Megan. I like the Zoom cast, too. You wouldn't think it would be so interactive, but it really is.
Today is Cardio Core. Wish me luck - I'm out of shape.
