After skipping a day, I've done the last few meditations from Ten Percent Happier; they've started to move in a new direction.

The past few days I've done some classic yoga sequences I really enjoy - on Sunday, the "Get Up and Go" practice from Benagh's AM-PM yoga; on Monday, Standing Poses from Yee's AM Yoga for Your Week, and yesterday, the shoulder stretch sequence from Schiffmann's Beginning Yoga.

Beth - You’ve inspired me to revisit some of my dvds & downloads I haven’t done in a long time. I’m going to put AMY4YW on my to do list.

Pam, I'm trying to use more DVDs too...my yoga DVDs in particular include many favorites! Speaking of which...

Yesterday I did Tilak Pyle's Yoga, Altar of the Heart. It had been awhile, and it was a perfect practice for the day. Each time I revisit this one I am reminded of how perfect it is (IMHO, haha).

Unwinding Muscle Tension from Barbara Benagh's AM/PM Yoga

Meh. Not sure how I feel about this AM/PM offering from Barbara B. Each one I've tried seemed kind of disjointed and left me flat. Going on the donate pile. I wonder if libraries can take donations yet?

Pat, I used to have Benagh's AM-PM DVD. I found that the only practice I was using with any regularity was the AM "Get Up & Go" (which I just did this past weekend), so I burned that segment and didn't keep the DVD.
