10 Best Fitness also titled 10 Best Workouts

The DVD set from Hell itself. Absolutely horrid. Just horrid.

Whoever put that set together needs to be shot.

One that pops into mind immediately is a kickboxing workout from somebody named Thibaudaut (or something). Not fun. Not safe (going from doing 2 minutes of jump rope to immediately supine on the floor for sit-ups). Sloppy (some participants are wearing baggy sweats, and panty-lines abound). Not well instructed (basically no cuing during the workout, though there is an instructional section at the beginning). The most aweful workout I've ever seen. Bar none. I even convinced the creator to let me return it, something which I have never tried to do before! (It used to have one review on it here: by the instructor!!)

Should have been titled 10 oldest workouts blech!
Linda Huffs steps to fitness dvd, sounded great with lots of options, but was poorly cued, boring, and not all that diverse. I gave it to good will.

I must vote for Stephanie Steele's Kickboxing workout. I can't remember the exact name of it. I threw it in the trash.

It's not a video, but the first Firm incline box should be included. They tried to economize, and it ended up being a terrible fiasco.

The No Buying Challenge has spared me from a lot of these in recent times.

Jazzthetics with no other than (n added for clarity ) Traci Lords - uhm, I didn't know she was a porn star. Maybe that explains why I didn't "get" it.

That's exactly why I check it out when I first had the chance. But she's fully clothed. But I must agree, it belongs on the Wall of Shame.

Same with Zsa Zsa's video, "It's Simple, Darling".

I must add my favorite one to shake my head at. This one might be worth passing from area to area for a good laugh at all the various get-together's:

Linnea Quigley's Horror Workout!

I have not seen this one. But, I just *know* that it is awful!

Linnea Quigley is a B-movie (mostly horror) and Playboy magazine celebrity.
