Karla, have you tried the TappCore DVD ? It'll cost $13.27 to buy it from the T-Tapp website. There are 9 exercises in it that you can combine whichever way you want. Here are 2 rotations that Teresa put together. http://old.t-tapp.com/tappcore/fitne...use/index.html TappCore is targeted at school children but it's great for adults, too. I have just bought TappCore 2 because it's done on a chair. I have knee issues that make it painful to do regular workouts right now.
