3 Week Yoga Retreat - Take 10 Bonus DVDs

Hi - anyone have the 3 bonus discs?

They're described as:

3 Additional 10 Minute
Classes with Faith
◾Take 10 AM, a great way to start your day.
◾Take 10 PM, a great way to end your day.
◾Take 10 ABS, to fire up that core, fast.


when you go to BB's site, the 3 bonus discs are missing from the description.

EDITED TO ADD:
on one of the disks, there's a "take 10" segment/menu option - is this the same thing?


questions:
can these be purchased separately?
how much content on each disc?
opinions about the workouts on these bonus discs?

in the 4-DVD version, disc 4 includes 3, 10-min options for AM, PM and abs. not sure whether the single, 3-DVD bonus discs have more content, but that is such a waste if each dvd contains only 10 min of content.

here's the breakdown of the set i own:

Disc 1: Foundation with Vytas Baskauskas
Core: 30 min
Stretch: 30 min
Balance: 30 min
Flow: 30 min
Flow on the Go: 10 min

Disc 2: Expansion with Elise Gulan
Core: 30 min
Stretch: 30 min
Balance: 30 min
Flow: 30 min
Flow on the Go: 20 min

Disc 3: Progression with Ted McDonald
Core: 30 min
Stretch: 30 min
Balance: 30 min
Flow: 30 min
Flow on the Go: 20 min

Disc 4: Weekends with Faith Hunter
Saturday Relax - 3 sessions:
30 min
30 min
30 min

Sunday Take 10:
AM 10
PM 10
Abs 10

Beginner Basics:
13 short tutorials (not sure on the duration in minutes).
