Cathe Friedrich- Cardio Core Circuit

So effective and fun, absolutely no dread factor despite the intensity, and only 33 minutes of actual workout (minus warm up and cool down)

Jackie Warner's Extreme Time Saver Workout

I also like the 25 minute segments of Bob Harper's Pure Burn, Super Strength and Cardio Conditioning...

My new favourite short workout is Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30-I think it's 22 minutes and easily modified to each person's fitness level.
