My favorite short workouts

These are my favorite "short" workout tapes:
Joyce Vedral Fat Burning 1(do upper one day then lower the next)
Joyce Vedral Dynamic Tension 12 minute workout. 12 minutes per day.
Joyce Vedral Definition minimum Plan(15 minutes for upper,middle and lower using the full pyramid system).
Joyce Vedral Nonstop(do upper one day:21 min,lower the next:28 min
Joyce Vedral Fast forward cycle 1(32 min)
Joyce Vedral Fast Forward cycle 2(25 min)
Joyce Vedral Fast Forward cycle( 36 min minus warmup stretch)
Firm Cardio split 1 lower (24 min)
Firm Cardio split 1 Upper(27 min)
Firm Body Sculpt blaster(30 min)
Firm Cardio Sculpt Blaster(30 min)
Firm Lower Body Sculpt 1(this has 2 cardio sections: 31min)
Firm Cardio burn(CARDIO ONLY)warmup 6 min,cardio 20 minutes,stretch 3 min)
Firm Max Cardio only(about the same minutes as Cardio burn..not sure the exact time though but its under 30 minutes)
Firm 1 w/susan Harris doing aerobics one day 20 min and floorwork the next day 28 minutes...this is minus warmup/stretch)
Firm Fat Blaster(aerobics only...28 min)
Tae Bo live! 1-12 Basic workouts(30 min)

I like Crunch Bootcamp but I loaned it to my neice.
I can't believe no one has mentioned Firm Vol. 4 aka Time Crunch. It's a great total body workout in about 45 min. Skip the dork dance & it's even shorter!

+ Jennifer Kries' 3 Pilates Method videos- each has 2 to 3 self-contained total body workouts, longest is 30 minutes
+ Karen Voight's Streamline Fitness
+ Hilary Burnett's Advanced Pilates
+ David Swenson's Short Forms
+ Living Arts AM/PM Pilates
+ Living Arts Body Circle Pilates

One more!

Reebok Coreboard: Power Zen (this is actually a very nice little workout when you use a mini-body bar. Just fastforward through the chatter at the beginning and the end and it's just a little over 30 minutes).

my favorites are...

... Cathe's Crosstrainers. I love the whole series but find I use the cardio portions, all of which are under 30 minutes, on those days when I hit the snooze button one too many times.

my faves

(a lot of which have already been mentioned)

30 min. or so:

Crunch Boot Camp
Cory's Get Hard Arms & Shoulders
Kathy Smith Secrets of a Great Upper Body

Easily split up:

Body Tech (cardio only)
Danceworks (cardio only)
FIRM Super Body Sculpt minus the ab section
a few segments of Yoga for Energy
section one or two from Hi/Lo Heaven
Body Max: upper body only

Not as easily split up, but sometimes I just do the first 30 min. of:

Maximum Body Shaping (Sculpting? what is the current name?)
CIA 9801 w/ Christi
PowerMax

Renee--I second your nomination for putting this thread in the FAQ, especially since it's been those 30 min. workouts that have have been the staples of my program the past few years. I'll move it over there once most people have had a chance to reply.

Rodney Yee's Yoga Journal's Yoga Practice for Strength . It's two workouts -- each is about 30 min. long.

Rodney Yee's Yoga for Energy : 5 short segments that can be done together or 1, 2, 3 etc. at a time.

I second (or is it third?) this. I can do 20 to 30 minutes without my 4 month old fussing, then calm him down, then, (if I'm lucky) get in another 20 minute workout at another time during the day.

I also use the *old* Firm Parts...
Sculpted Buns Hips and thighs
Lower Body SculptING
Upper body

And I second (or third)
Cory Everson Get Hard Arms and Shoulders
