Sue you are too funny, and thank you for the confidence boost!

Well since my productive Sunday, I haven't done anything else with exercise. Hoping to get back to DB tomorrow morning with Barre and maybe a run tonight if I have the energy. I am feeling better.

I finally got back to exercise today but not with a DB, I was short on time so did two Zuzka Zcut cardios back to back, #2 and #3. In #2 when she said 60 high knees with a squat thrust, I didn't mean she literally meant 60 SETS of those. By my count that's 600 high knees (10 each rep) and 60 squat thrusts.

That was 25 minutes well spent. I plan to get back to DB with Barre tomorrow! Hope everyone is doing well!

Chiming in with run + DB Barre today, and burned a little over 1,000 calories!

I did not do anything yesterday. Tomorrow it will likely be back to Zuzka and/or possibly a bike ride.

Checkin in today with a non-DB day, Turbo Fire 45 (w/u plus first 20 minutes), followed by Zuzka Zcut strength #1 and #2. I was really struggling during the second Zuzka.

I aim to do DB Fusion with Darby tomorrow.

Fusion Mix on Sunday, tabata & toning today. First time EVER that one was manageable! Woo hoo.

Can.not.wait.for.my.cardio.set!!!!

I also ordered the bump one today. I like the look of the preview.

Shammy, congratulations!! That T&T workout is super tough.

I can't wait to hear your thoughts on the cardio set, and bump!! Keep me updated please!

ebianco, you are amazing. Do you mind sharing your DB/Zuzka rotation plan?

I did the original Dream Body with Darby this morning. It wasn't as bad this time around, although I did have to modify and take breaks during the stability ball legs section, as always. That really frustrates me!

Bump has shipped! I live only a state away, so I'm hopeful by Friday! This will beat my cardio set now, so at least I have something to tide me over!

Hi Thaispice, thank you for the compliment! I haven't revisited the original DB workout since starting a rotation (I remember how grueling it is LOL!) and have to get back to that soon.

I have really deviated from Dream Body this week, mostly because I can't seem to get myself out of bed in the morning. I don't know why I've been so tired this week. I strongly suspect it is due to work stress more than any workout fatigue-I always feel so energized especially after TF and Z! Zuzka is quicker on time so I've been working on Zcuts all week.

But this is the schedule I've been doing lately and I love the combination of TF with Zuzka, and TF/Z days with DB. When I get DOMS it is so light it doesn't hold me back. I am working on diet too (the most important of course) and think this is all working nicely for fat loss. I am mostly sticking to the same weight on the scale, but feel like I look leaner, especially in my legs/seat (pants looser). On very short days I will drop the TF and just do Zuzka x2 workouts. I have just been going through the cardio DVDs, doing W1+W2, then W3+W4, etc. For Turbo Fire I am working on one DVD at a time until I master the choreo, and doing only a partial workout, right now it is TF 45, through the first turbo which is the first 25 minutes.


M-Turbo Fire & Zuzka Zcut cardio 2x workouts (45-50m)
T-DB Fusion (60m)
W-Turbo Fire & Zuzka Zcut cardio 2x workouts (45-50m)
R-DB T&T or Bikini Bootcamp (45-60m)
F-Turbo Fire & Zuzka Zcut cardio 2x workouts (45-50m)
S-outside run & DB Fusion Mix or DB Barre (~120m)
S-rest or gentle yoga
