updating my experience - i've done Lee Holden's Qi Gong 7 Minutes DVD (it's more than 7 minutes of content), and i love it.

I have Element Tai Chi which also has a Qi Gong segment. I definitely prefer the Qi Gong over the Tai Chi. It just flows better and the moves seem to take less concentration, and so I find it more relaxing.

For Yoga, I'm a Jill Miller or Barbara Benagh fan. Both seem more like therapeutic yoga to me if that is an actual type. Barbara is more stress relief and Jill is more educational of each exercise and how it applies to your body.
