I just got back into doing Lee's Qi Gong practices, as well as Classical Stretch and these are so wonderful during times of stress, injury or just needing gentler workouts. I had gotten out of the habit of doing these and really appreciate that I have them to fall back on when needed!

I have all of Lee's YMAA workouts, as well as a few older ones from Exercise to Heal. I also have everything in the way of Classical Stretch except for the most recent (Season 13) release.

I got Lee's 30 Day Challenge but have never made it past day 6, for some strange reason. I think I prefer to just choose a workout for a specific focus, using Lee's workout when certain body parts need more attention.

It was probably due to this thread, that I pulled out these workouts again! So thank you, Negin!

Another one whom I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE and who does not get left and right mixed up, is Jane Adams. She's sweet and adorable. Her voice is always so calm and soothing. I would never have heard of her had it not been for this forum.

Yes, Jane Adams is fantastic, as is the scenery. I especially love the garden of flowers and wandering kitty who appears out of nowhere and brings a smile to my face every time!

Also, I'd just like to put in a vote for David-Dorian Ross! I just did his Tai Chi Fit Over 60 Healthy Joints workout today! While I don't think it specifically applies to "healthy joints", the flow is great as is David-Dorian's personality! I just his interaction with us and his background folks. He just transports you to a happy place and his wonderful spirit comes across in his workouts!

I thought Jane Adams was yoga? She has qigong videos, too?

I'm going to check if David D-R has anything up on YouTube.

No, she doesn't have Qi Gong. All her videos are either yoga and/or balance work. She does have a bit of Tai Chi in one of them.

I have done Lee's new Balance video a few times and like it a lot. I like both the short and the longer version.

I have several of his videos. I like the Senior one and the Bones & Joints one. I started the 30-Day Challenge, but it was too cold in the AM. I'll start it again when the weather warms up.
