KCM B&B Lower Body Tabata plus Cathe Fit Tower Legs, Glutes and Core legs and glutes only premix
This was a heck of a combo! I will have to remember this in the future - really gets the glute worked!

Today was a shovel max day for me. We didn't get a lot of snow, but it rained a bit after the snow so the stuff was HEAVY.

Ran/walked about 4.5 miles.

I had to go Boulder today, so for something different I thought would do a trail run in that area. Plus it would be warmer! Boulder leases fenced open space land to have cattle graze on, as nature is used to having buffalo grazing on it. Several cattle crossed the trail in front of me and I gave them the right of way😊. At an opening in the fence 4 cows were standing head to head, with their heads only about 3 feet apart and they were not moving. The only way around would have been to climb over a bar wired fence. So I ran through the 3’ gap! Even their heads are huge that close up! Definitely spiked my heart rate! The cattle have learned how to mess with humans.

Fortunately they had left the area by the time I came back. Saw also a coyote.

(I've had this workout since its release ~20 years ago and I've always wanted to see if I could do the entire DVD at one sitting, and today was the right day to do it. I'm curious to see if my ab area will be sore tomorrow).
