I have been doing boxing and strength. Mainly KCM workouts and also getting in 10,000 steps a day, every day even on rest days I usually walk. Weight is finally going down and starting to see abs and some definition in my arms. Lower body is a work in progress.

Wow, great job. I was thinking lately of doing more KCM. I like her strength work but have been thinking of doing more of her boxing workouts too. Very encouraging to hear about your results. I also walk every day, well in the winter as much as I can which is usually around 4 days. Thanks for your reply.
