4/21 - dog walk
Jenny Ford WAA New Hampshire

Came up to start dinner and never went back to do more. It's okay, especially since I have an 80 min. Cathe on tap for today!
I'm starting to regret my WAA purchase, they are all too similar. Maybe I just need to do them less frequently.

Lili: Maybe the WAA are cyclical and it's your mood? Take a break and go back? Or maybe they are all really the same. You'll figure it out. We are so blessed to have such a plethora of workouts to choose from. 80 mins. of Cathe? Good grief!!! and Good luck!

Helen: But you DID show up for your buddy, so life is good. Showing up for Kathryn, has you show up for YOU! (and consequently US!) ...

I hope everyone is feeling a little better. I'm trying. I'm trying! The sun is out for today and next week they are forecasting 80s. That alone makes me happy. I don't know if the garden survived (dh had planted cold weather plants - I told him it was still too early!) We'll see. Time will tell. We had two cold nights.

Waves to Pam, Susan and Sarah! And anyone else who may be lurking. . .

On to me, me and all me.
The month is going by so quickly. I can't believe it. I have kept up with my mile a day - which for me is ahhhhmazing. I usually get sore and tired by about day 7 and bag it. I am truly proud of this and will keep going. Now the question is: Do I do it for May? I may! (hahahahahahahaha!) Now to get the food back in line and I'd see some progress. I've been practicing maintenance for the last few months. Not intentionally, but no mojo to get going again. I will.

WOW ... I only have one day to report:

4/22/2021: 30 mins. Matty's Rupaul Verzuz Run. (don't ask me what all that means). But it got my mile in and I earned a badge Ironically? It was my 150th run too (with Peloton) and I was totally unaware ... OOOPS After work: 30 mins. Earth Day row for the badge

That was it. . . Only one more week of this challenge. That also went quickly and was so much better than the old ones I did> not that I like doing ONE tabata and ONE climb ride a week, but it has made me stronger and there are far less rides!

I was so excited to hear that Downton Abbey Movie #2 is due out in December of this year. YAY!

Onward to spring.

4/22 - dog walk
Cathe's Pyramid Pump
4/23 - dog walk
Cathe's Rev'd Up Rumble plus Abs #1

Pyramid Pump was long and tough! It was a personal challenge to myself for my birthday. Turning 69 sounds old, so I had to do this to show myself that I still could! I'm pretty sore today!

Firm's Burn & Shape
30 Min. Advanced Beginner Ride w/ Ben Aldis

I had to try out the "new" guy at Peloton, and I enjoyed it. I'm still a little sore from Thursday's workout.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LILI!

LILI
An 80min Cathe workout, turning 69 is AWESOME!!!
A little sore? Only a LITTLE? Nice work!
Sorry you're finding Jenny's walks similar - focus on the background scenery more maybe? To appreciate the different locations.

CLEDA
Congratulations on the 150 mark!
Hope the plants survived.
Nice work on only having one day to report - staying ON it!

Friday, the 23rd of April
just my daily mile with Alice, down by harbour
usually no-buddy night

Saturday, the 24th of April
22min, Adriene - Dedicate - Day 22 Steady
60min+, daily mile, bushwalk with Alice & DH
58min, Cathe - Interval Max, on 6", for chrono
buddy dipped, her mum is visiting from Sydney

Sunday, the 25th of April (ANZAC Day)
120min, long walk down town & around beaches with DH & Alice, we passed right under the old fort above the tip of the peninsula as they fired the cannon 3 times for ANZAC Day. Alice was positively shaking for a long time - had to stop & just hold her close.
ANZAC Day = Australian & New Zealand Army Corps. The 25th of April is when troops landed at Gallipoli - British sent them to the wrong landing place in Turkey and it didn't go well.
42min, Cathe - Pure Strength - Back, Biceps, & Abs

WAVES for PAM, SARAH, & SUSAN!
Happy Sunday

Thank you for the HUGE birthday wish, Helen! And thank you for explaining ANZAC Day. Are you tired of Cathe yet? I admire your chrono system of doing her workouts, but I'm afraid I'd burn out before I finished.

Kids/Grandkids came over today to celebrate my birthday, so I kept the workout short:
Classical Stretch S4:E12
Dog walk

Oh dear - I hadn't realised HOW big that pic was!

Need to save the BIG one for next year.

Monday, the 26th of April
44min, Chalene - Turbo Jam - Cardio Party 2, with buddy & Alice, & weighted hand-wraps.
late dog walk for daily mile

Tuesday, the 27th of April
60min park walk with Alice/daily mile
49min, Cathe - XTrain - D5 Legs - Barre + Ball & Chair + Floor Mix, with buddy, but it was a serious bit of work!

Off work tomorrow - have that Sydney specialist appointment for my knee. Looking forward to having mid-week off & cafe/coffee with Bridget before the doctor.

Pam - thanks for the birthday wishes!

4/26 - dog walk
30 Min. Walk & Run w/ Matt Wilpers
5 Min. Post Ride Stretch
15 min of rebounding on my own
4/27 - dog walk
Cathe's Metabolic Blast plus Calorie Crush

I did the Calorie Crush portion on my rebounder, too much jumping! There were a few moves I substituted, just not doing crazy side to side burpees!
