Diana Nyad's 90-90s
Today as I was doing wall sits and it brought up an old memory. Swimmer Diana Nyad put out a fitness book years ago. I never saw the book, but there was an excerpt in Redbook magazine that I tore out (lost it long ago).
However I do remember the 90-90s. They were wall sits that you held for 90 seconds. First with you legs in parallel position, and then with the feet and knees pointed outward plie style.
There's no way I hold them that long right now, but maybe I'll try to work up to it. Also thought some others might be interested.
