Question Cardio DVD set??

Is there a DVD program (old or new) in existence that is mostly just cardio workouts that are low impact, burpee/jumping jack/plyo free?? Something that is a bit more intense than walking/Jessica Smith but less intense than Cathe and that is NOT dancy??

What about Turbo Jam or Turbo Fire?

ETA: That may be too dancey for you, I just realized, but maybe not? I don't really consider them dance but I also don't really know how else to categorize them. Maybe cardio kickboxing?

Do you like kickboxing/martial arts type workouts?

I don't mind kickboxing. I saw a 5 dvd set Turbo Jam for close to $50 on Amazon. Of the 5 workouts I'd be interested in 2, so can't justify that price. I haven't been able to find Turbo Fire.

There are a lot of Turbo Jam DVDs pretty cheap on Ebay! Several listings have the one DVD with 5 workouts on it.

I found this listing for the Turbo Fire set: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Turbo-Fire-...MAAOSwjqNgEc5x

I would recommend Turbo Jam over Turbo Fire. I love kickboxing and Turbo Fire is too frantic for me. There is a low impact modifier but it moves FAST! And I often see the 5 DVD Turbo Jam set at the thrift store. You should be able to find it for cheap.

Turbo Jam and Fire were also my thoughts. I have seen Turbo Jam often at thrift stores for cheap. Haven't seen Turbo Fire though.

That's very kind of you, Kitten! Ask here at VF and someone is nice enough to offer it up. I love VF!

The Charlene Prickett It Figures shows (about 20 minutes each) are quite high intensity and low impact. I don't know where it is available now, but there is a DVD with 10 of these shows on it. There's also the new Jenny Ford Walk Across America. I would say the difficulty is a little less than Jessica Smith though.

Thank you Kitten that is very kind of you! I'm going to politely decline only b/c I have some physical limitations and I know I would only possibly use 2 of these workouts. There is likely someone else at VF who would love to have this set and be able to use them all. Thanks again though!
