Ran 2 miles, did all the uphills and walked the steeper downhills (hard on the knees). My Goal is before Spring is to run the all dirt roads in this part of the small, rural county that I live in. This is #4.

On YouTube, Jeffrey Chad’s Daily QG Easy & Effective. Choose it as it was only 10 minutes, but I will do more of his.

I was supposed to do The Work Prep Legs but BOD was down so I did Cathe Live #318 Iron Legs. I really enjoyed this workout. The pace was a bit slower, no endless reps, heavier weights, and band work. Excellent workout!
