Countdown to Callanetics

Hi there!

Is Level 3 of Countdown the same as Pure or Extreme or is it a different sequence? Deciding whether I should get it

Thank you!

Hi, bumping this thread because I've been wanting Callanetics Countdown too and would love to know more. Did you ever get it?

It's a different sequence. However, you need to remember that Callanetics workouts all have similar elements. So in all three workouts you'll see similar warmups, the same types of ab and thigh and hip work as well as stretches. For me, there are enough differences that they each feel fresh.

I really feel that Countdown is a bargain because it contains three varying length workouts. They are billed as "beginner" "Intermediate" and "Advanced" but I see myself using all three despite my growing strength.

I did Countdown Level 3 this morning for the 12th time, working toward 15 times.

Thanks Lanette! This does sound good to me.
