has anyone bought "Oh She Glows" cookbook?

I am curious about it, but I have so many cookbooks. I'd love to read some opinions.

Thanks!
Sherry

I also have a lot of cookbooks, but I've only had this one one week and I've made several things from it.
I made:
-Overnight vegan oats - it's a great idea and it's delicious!
-Vegan enchiladas - yummy!
-Flu fighter smoothie - absolutely delicious!
-Roasted brussel sprouts with fingerling potatos and rosemary - delicious
-On the mend spiced red lentil-kale soup - amazing! everyone in my house devoured it, even my 4 year old daughter.

This is a really great cookbook and I will get great use from it.
The only thing is I wish it included nutritional information because I use myfitnesspal. However, I have to admit a lot of Oh She Glows recipes are already included in myfitnesspal.

I preordered this book and I must say it exceeded my(high) expectations. It's a TERRIFIC resource for everyday, simple, quick, delicious recipes. It's also really gorgeous, with beautiful pictures accompanying each recipe. I love that most recipes are soy- and gluten-free.

In the last week I made the Enlightened Miso Power Bowl, the Indian Lentil-Cauliflower Soup, and the Walnut, Avocado & Pear Salad with Marinated Portobello Caps & Red Onions. All were awesome!

I have hundreds of cookbooks and this one has found a spot on my "favorites" shelf I pretty much want to make everything in it

Thank you for your input! I do enjoy her recipes from her blog. I am just not the most adventurous cook and I want to make sure it contains a lot of recipes
I will actually make.

I'm going to look through the book at Barnes and Noble and then decide whether to purchase it.

Thanks!
Sherry

ETA: I wish the "look inside" feature on Amazon showed a table of contents or recipe index.

I would say yes (but I might not be the best person to comment on this since I mostly shop at the farmers' market and HFS). The most "exotic" ingredients she uses are things like raw buckwheat groats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and nutritional yeast - and they are used in a limited number of recipes and often optional. I think you could make at least 90% of the recipes from ingredients found in a regular grocery store.

I reserved it at my library but it will probably be 2 months before I get it.
So I too am going to B&N's to check it out.

I would say yes as well. However, you can check out the recipes on her blog to get an idea of the ingredients she uses and the types of recipes too. Several from the book are also on the blog.

I must be the lone dissenter on this one I can't have nuts and was just diagnosed with a banana allergy, so many of her recipes don't work for me
