Which Leslie workouts do you do most often?

I have so many Leslie Sansone workouts. Once in a while I'll pull one off the shelf and realize I'd never done it before.

My top five most used/favorites:

- Walk Away The Pounds: 2 Miles
- 5-Day Slimdown (A Mile Each Morning)
- 3 Fast & Fun Miles
- Miracle Miles: 5 Mile Walk
- Walk Off Even More Weight (with the weighted belt)
- START! Walking at Home American Heart Association 3 Mile Walk

Walking off Fat Fast (the 40 min one) is probably my most used. I also really like the 4 mile walk in the Miracle Miles set.

Has anyone tried the new Walk, Run, Lift with Nick (is that the title?) that's on her Walk app? I was thinking of downloading it but if it's just so-so I may skip it. I wonder if that will be on DVD eventually?

Leslie's a little silly a couple of times but it never fails to make me laugh, especially when she says, "I'll stop talking" and then immediately laughs when Nicole gives her a look. Then she tells Tom to do a grapevine and promises they won't have the camera on him. Of course the camera is on him.

I like Walk to the Hits Party Songs https://www.amazon.com/Leslie-Sanson...p;qid=&sr= but the last time I used it, my body and mind weren't in a good place, so it felt frantic and nearly gave me an anxiety attack. I know! Exercise is supposed to make things feel better. lol I should try this again.

I use Burn to the Beat and Walk 15 workouts much more often than the others.

I prefer her solo walks, too. She gets a bit hysterical in a crowd.

Walk to the Party Hits and Walk to the Radio Remixes. Two of her newest and great music! The HIIT sections are pretty lame, but I just keep my heart rate up through them.

I get a kick out of the hysteria, but it often drives me crazy.

I also like the 3 Fast & Fun Miles (this is probably my most used Leslie!) and the Miracle Mile set, but I haven't done the 5 mile walk in it's entirety. I usually do the first 2-3 miles of that one.

Other faves are WATP 4 Mile Super Challenge (Alton ) and Walk Off Fat Fast (I usually do the 40 min walk on this one).

I bought a set on QVC that has 15 different miles, all with different instructors - Leslie, Nick, Nadya, Kamilla, and Rocky. It has terrible reviews but I like it.

I haven't done a Leslie walk in a while, I prefer her either solo or with a small group. I also like her older workouts.

Muscle Mile One is my favorite, I also like Power Mile, Morning and Evening Walk, Walk and Kick and 30 minute walk.

Those are the main ones that I use.

I like Power Walk with Friends and the 100 pound down 2 miles.
