Cathe's step workouts, but my top five favorites are (in order):
Rhythmic Step (fun, dancy and I
the Challenge where all three combos are spliced together...only con is that the music is a little repetitive)
Step Blast (the music absolutely rocks, and the DVD also includes Step Jump and Pump which is an awesome circuit workout...there are even premixes that use both workouts)
Step Works (from the Cardio Hits DVD; this also Step Fit and Power Max, which are also very good...all three workouts are from the mid to late 90s)
Cardio & Weights (I call this one a "Party on DVD". It's a cardio and weight circuit, with very fun step combos alternated with challenging upper body weight work...great music too)
Party Rockin' Step 1 (a little hard to master but fun once you get it...my only con is the fake lyrics within the music)
