Body Beast Build Back & Biceps R2W9D59 (1 Hr 34 min)
Hard & way too long of a workout! Rested too much...Went up in some weights...but couldn't finish all the reps on a couple others. It has been a long time since doing Build Back & Bis. Used 40 LB DB on the 8 rep DB rows. Deadlifts up to 123.5 LB. (5 sets instead of 3 & a drop set) By the biceps, I was so fatigued already!! Ab Challenge 2 sets...highest reps Treadmill...1.10 miles (2.5-3 mph @ 12-15% incline) I thought I was gonna die!! HARD!!

Revisiting an oldie for something not overly challenging as we are in a heat wave and it's so energy sapping. It was a good choice as it was fun.
