Let's see - it's def not easy, the no rest makes it very intense and the cardio is off the chain! I would say it's between Insanity and Asylum, mainly because it can be difficult, but there's a modifier, so if you're having trouble, you can modify, and then get back to FULL OUT!
This series sounds intriguing but Sean T's rapid pace workouts turn me off completely. I love the length of the workouts though. I need to see the whole set to decide.
