How to Exercise, and Not Eat More

This was in today's WSJ. I haven't read it yet, but thought it might be of interest: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000...ow+to+exercise

Interesting article. I'm still not sure if I eat more when I do cardio or weights. I think it's cardio. I know for sure pre-TTOM is sometimes brutal.

I found lifting heavy made me ravenous! Other types of exercise seems to regulate my appetite.

Yup, that's me. So, that's why I am trending toward lighter weights these days, I guess, as I'm trying to lose weight.

Me too! I've pretty much given up lifting heavy as I am starving afterwards--not to mention that the physical results are not what I want.

The other day my body acted like it never had food before. I must have mouth-vacuumed everything in sight. That morning I did 50 min of intense cardio.

Yes! There's a paragraph in there about runners that describes me exactly--I'll burn a ton of calories on a run but not eat all that much more. And I seem to crave more healthy foods, for the most part.
