I think what you should get is this:
http://www.amazon.com/FitBall-Mini-E...9959331&sr=8-1 I don't have the Fluidity ball, but the mini FitBall really appears to be the exact same ball as the Bender Ball, just a different color. I use the mini FitBall a lot -- it was worth the investment! HTH!

For the "Bender Ball" Pilates classes at my gym, we're using Spri's sponge balls. They seem to work just as well, too. But I wouldn't buy one of these if you already have one of the other options mentioned.

I agree that the pink ball that came with the 10 Minute Solutions Quick Sculpt Pilates DVD would be a good option for you. (The Quick Sculpt Pilates DVD is a fun workout, anyway, so it's a nice little kit.)
Here's a link to it at Amazon, but I bought mine at Sam's Club for $12.88 around Christmastime, and they seem to restock them every now and then, so if you're a member, it might be worth a look. Walmart might have the kit, too. http://www.amazon.com/10-Minute-Solu...982314&sr=8-10 Susan |
