I think they are from this Leslie DVD, part of a set. See pic in upper right corner of cover.

Amazon has these bands - a different brand but the same otherwise. I still have my beachbody Body Gospel bands. They are good for the Leslie "cable" workouts and as Billy bands. Ebaby has them too.
Lifeline PowerWalk Elastic Fitness System with Pedometer (and a DVD), $9.94 and free shipping. I believe Lifeline is considered a good brand, FWIW.
