I was 5' 2" from the age of 12 until 26. In my 26th year, I added an inch and a half. My short tops became too short and I could stop and stand with my bike without having to lean to one side, so the growth was both in legs and waist. "They" say this did not happen because you don't grow taller after the age of 18. I say it did happen, because I was there. The height increase came the same year I had to have wisdom teeth pulled as they were trying to come in and crowd my mouth.

It also has the hardest seated ab work I've ever done.
Seated ab work? That alone sounds interesting and worth a look.

back in college, one of my friends did a study of sleep and the impact on spine compression. if you get enough sleep. your spine is likely to lengthen, and otherwise, it will compress.

the spinal fluid that cushions your disks needs rest and recovery for optimal utility.

Thank you! I just threw it in my Amazon cart while I checked to see if any of my players play dvd+/r's.

ETA: I just tried part of it. I did the first 10 minutes and then searched ahead for the ab work (it's at 26:30 or so). I like her. The exercises are pretty basic, but I could definitely feel it. And she's got a nice personality and screen presence so it's not boring. Thanks for the recommendation!

Wow, that’s really interesting. Yet another reason to get proper sleep!

Maybe we need a sleep check in along with the workout check-ins. It’s so important for good health.

I think a sleep check in is worth exploring!

I heard Sadie Lincoln say that she was told by one of the franchise owners that someone measured taller after doing Barre3 regularly, but she said that it had to do with improved posture.
