Amazing, fuzzie!!! that's a whole size and you're already a size S, so that's crazy good
I'm going to start writing the reviews for the second course - it's quite good too. Workout 5 makes workout 4 from the first course look like an "easy day" workout Workout 4 is all about the muffin top and the corset muscles. I've been doing Hamelin's workouts exclusively since Feb last year, and I'm still impressed by how he manages to keep things fresh and never the same
