I have had her 1900 series for a while but have only done a couple episodes when i first got it. After reading this thread and the great price, I really want to order the 2000 series but figure I should at least try to at least use the 1900 series first.
So, yesterday, i got the 1900 series out and did the first episode. Wow! Quite tougher than I thought. I used 8# for biceps and did all the biceps but it was tough! For triceps, Margaret stuck with an 8# DB.......I dropped to 5# instead and before the set was done, dropped to 3 lbs!
The inner thigh and hamstring work was also a killer! I used 2-1/2 lb ankle weights for the inner thigh but had to take them off for the hamstring work!
