Already bought it. I'm due with my first baby in a week and thinking about doing ballet body once cleared to workout again. I really love the look of combining her exercises with added resistance

I already bought it. I was probably one of the first ones because I bought it last week! I forgot to post about it here. I have yet to do it though.

I've been back to doing Ballet Body again for the last few weeks (after a brief P57 experiment), and love it. I'm rotating the Prenatal and Total Body DVD, since they're easier. But I'm ready to move up to rotating the Upper and Lower Body DVD.

I was searching back through some older threads and a couple of years ago she had filmed some new downloads but I don't think they were ever released because she had post-natal health issues and then was opening her new studio and got pregnant again. Does anyone remember that?

It reminds me a lot of her back of the leg segments. I've always loved that so I'm hopeful I'll enjoy this one.

It's 20 minutes and uses a light weight plate and a heavier one.

yes, she had an ab workout as a teaser (I can't find it and i am sad sad now). and she was going to do more workouts but she got pregnant again and then nothing. i'm glad that she's back. she's my fitness home. I am really hopefull this takes off, and there's just lots of options (for this AND ballet body).

Here's the old VF thread discussing the "new" downloads that were planned for release that summer. Someone said they were delayed until fall due to medical procedures...and then they just seemed to fall into a black hole!
