And the toughest workout award goes to :.....

Horizontal Training Bootcamp. I haven't done this for a while, and now I consider this very hard. I was crying for my mommy....

Ha ha! I just got that one during Mary's latest sale. No doubt it's tough, I completely agree! I enjoyed it and hope to get through it without stopping soon. Very deceiving because Sandra's demeanor is so laid back, right? However.....My vote for hardest workout goes to Cathes X10, the X77 premix. Holy crap!!!

All of her workouts are brutal IMO. I used to do them but just can't face them.... maybe someday.

Me too. Did them twice a week for a year and a half. I got the best results EVER with them but they just fill me with too much dread so I stopped doing them

I tried Getting Stronger today and really liked it; but in the middle I thought how in the world is anyone doing this without modifying?!! I don't think I've felt as accomplished as when I got through both 20 minute workouts though!

I'm thinking of getting Vol 2 and 3, but how do they compare with the Getting Stronger? I don't have a body bar, so I can skip Vol 1, and Vol 4 with the exercise ball looks especially brutal...

Thx in advance!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Cathe's Shock Cardio HiiT dvd: 40/20 and Double Wave Pyramid. Those 2 together kill me every time. I don't do that very often anymore. Too much dread.

Cathe's X10 - I cannot get through the whole thing - ever
Hoco Bootcamp - never made it past about 38 minutes - ever
Jari Love's Ripped 1000 or other - her first three dvds were easy but the ones with cardio mixed in are tough for me

Definitely Horizontal Conditioning for me...that is why I rarely do more than 10 to 15 minutes at a time...otherwise they would have a big dread factor for me. But those 10 to 15 minutes really give me results
