I've never done spin sculpt, so I'm not sure what exercises are performed. But when I did spinning regularly, I still weight trained my lower body 3x a week. I mainly did heavier weight work-- like 40-50 lbs with the leg work. Same with running. I tend to get some leg aches when doing spinning or running, lower body weight workouts helped to get rid of the aches for me.
