I am curious about the strength workout and may try it next week.
Double bonus right there... bargain AND a great workout

The other day, I did the Slim Series stretch, Cool It Off. I had to turn the bad music off.

It's a good one!

Patrick G's CIA 9001 Step segment. On VHS. Such a fun and mentally challenging routine.

Madeline Lewis' Get Moving: Walking for Weight Loss (2004). I like it and was relieved at decent cueing. She has some good balance moves included.

I did Cathe’s Max Intensity Cardio. Did my best to keep it low impact. Not my favorite Cathe.

Thank you for mentioning this workout, it motivated me to do it today.
It provided a bit of distraction from current events and fit my energy level perfectly.
I also like the fact that it was filmed outdoors - makes such a difference.
