Long Shot Question about The Firm

Does anyone happen to know which sections of the Firm Classic WOs and in what order they are used for The Firm Parts: Floor Legs AKA Lower Body Sculpting WO?

I’ve searched and can’t find the specifics but thought someone might have written them down. I believe that they used parts of Firm Vols 1,2,3,5,&6 but I don’t know which parts or which order they’re in.

eureka! I printed out the listing years ago from the firm ya ya site.
here it goes:
warm up vol 6
stretch vol 3

bridge work vol 3
tablework vol 2
leg shoots right vol 3
inner thigh left
leg shoots left
inner thigh right

bridge work vol 5
inner thigh vol 1
tablework vol 3
bridgework vol 6

stretch vol 2

I never do this one. guess I should I am one of the few who have it on dvd.

I didn't document the source of the following information, but here's a breakdown (it's not from VF reviews - might have been a post here on the forum), and I've separated some of the lines to make it easier to read:
