Yesterday was functional fitness sorting, packing boxes, and moving kitchen stuff back & forth for the drywall guy to do some ceiling repairs. I got in a lovely long yin yoga stretch on my own at bedtime.

Today’s workouts:
~taught Essentrics, debuted a new routine with new music & it was a hit
~Headstand practice
~Yin yoga class

My back is pretty much back to normal so I need to step it a little starting tomorrow

Jackie - JS is JumpSport streaming, rebounding workouts. Hope your weather has warmed up!

Waves to all!

Just popping in. After being on holiday break this week feels really frantic! Oh well.

My new January Essentrics classes started up and they're pretty full with all the "New Year Resolutioners" etc. I hope some stick with it. I decided to offer a series south of here where I drive my kids for classes and it's full with a wait list!

Cold here in MN...sub zero. I am looking for my fleece lined leggings.

Good morning yoginis. Not much for me yesterday. For Day 15 I did my own yoga routine for back and hips after my PT, and an Insight Timer Meditation.

Good morning!

Yesterday was a rest day, so I did yoga:

Yoga Upload Yoga with a Bolster-this is a favorite!

This morning:

Soul Sweat with Lucy-Southern Hospitality class 40 minutes

Yoga with Adriene "Stretch" which is a new class in her thirty day series for the new year. I honestly did not care for it. I didn't feel like it really focused on stretching. It seemed kind of thrown together. Oh, well......

I will do meditation later.

Jackie, I hope your current class stays the same size.

Have a great day-
Sherry

Quick post and run. Unfortunately, I've had the Attack of the Migraine Monster this week. Day 3.

This AM I did:
YT - Austin Goh - Qi Gong for Migraine
Lee Holden - Qi Gong for Headaches.

Will catch up with everyone soon.

Today’s offerings:
~Essentrics TV: Sasha’s new Full Body Toning & Energizing Workout: I liked it, but I didn’t love it. The first trademark is complex & very shoulder intensive. I’ll do the floor & barre another day.
~100 kettlebell swings - Vantreesta posted this 7 day KB challenge on GD. I would not do them 7 days straight, but I’d like to fit them 2 or 3 times a week. http://www.forum.videofitness.com/sh...d.php?t=227258
~20 min freestyle rebounding
~Headstand practice
~Yoga Collective: Front to Back - This was very nice....all standing poses with long holds & attention to form

Waves to all!

Cyana - Ugh so sorry you’re plagued with a long nasty migraine. This past month has been a bad one for me with migraines, mine are always worse in the fall & winter. I hope you feel better tomorrow.

Good morning!

Low key day for me yesterday, a couple short offerings from YogaGlo:
~ Gentle Core Awareness Pilates with Kit Rich;
~ Floor PT;
~ Tech Neck with Tias Little

Pam, I've been doing flybys and wasn't aware your back was unhappy. Now did you attend the yin class or teach it? Look at you go with those KB swings.

Margot - it's hard to imagine palm trees in GB. My niece was in Ireland for a few weeks for an Irish language intensive and posted photos of palm trees - vigorous, old growth ones! I thought of you, a local yoga teacher posted on FB that she is certified in Donna Eden's energy therapy and will be teaching the method.

Ouch, Cyana that sounds like a protracted migraine. I hope you feel better soon.

I hope some of your NY resolutions catch the Essentrics bug, Jackie. It has been hard getting back in the groove.

Keep up the good work, Sherry.

PS - I made the Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken again last night but used my Instant Pot on manual pressure instead of a long slow cook. It's still good, but did not have the same fall apart-ness and depth of flavor.

Hi everyone. I did my Aging Backwards style class yesterday and also did Miranda's new CS episode. I see Ellen has her new barre workout up on her streaming and watched a bit of it. I don't think I can do it today...it's busy and I teach a class tonight. I will get sore and cranky if I double up on too many workouts.

Pam I felt exactly the same way about Sasha's workout. I liked it, didn't love it. I do love him. He's a good guy.

Cyana ugh on the migraine.

Pat I have a hard time with chicken in the IP. Seems to dry out or something.

Sherry I need to get back on the Adrienne yoga practices. I really like her.

Margot I hope you are doing well today.

Big hugs to all.
