FYI on Athletic shoes

I bought a pair of cross training shoes at my local Payless store about three weeks ago for 17.99 (good price). I’ve been using them for my jogging/running program and they seem to be working out quite nicely. I’ve also used them when in do Kathy Smiths workouts. The brand is Spalding which I believe also makes other athletic equipment (they have the Champion brand too.) For anyone looking for a pair of running jogging or cross training sneakers you might want to check these out, I think the prices range from $16.99 to about $24.99.

Thanks, Veronica. I've come to the conclusion that no matter how much I spend on sneakers, I really need a new pair after about 6 months. I usually keep sneakers for a year, though, because they're so expensive. I'm going to check out your suggestion.
