I only just discovered these yesterday. I love Simone and am excited to try them all. I did day 1 legs and day 7 stretch yesterday and day 2 cardio and day 14 stretch today for a total of 40 min a day. The two stretch days are 10 minutes, and the 12 others are 30 minutes each. It alternates between legs, cardio, arms, cardio, total body, cardio, stretch. They seem easier than her usual offerings but still solid workouts.
