For those not on Facebook, here is the info. I'm assuming it's ok to copy and paste. They also said that phase 1 and 2 will be available on Thanksgiving Day. Phase 3 and 4 are in the works. I'm looking forward to these. I'm hoping that there's more variety than the first set. It seems like there will be. Happy dance!

This is from Sue Skogg-

"The workouts are a combination of kettlebell and functional training. Equipment needed for Phase 1 and 2 are a DVD player, kettlebells and room to workout. Michael will introduce more moves with each Phase. There are 4 workouts plus an instructional section on each DVD. i personally participated in each workout, and can testify that the format is flexible so the beginner up to warrior will be challenged with each workout."

She didn't say. She just said that they will be available Thanksgiving day. I'm glad to see that they're on dvd this time. She also said that they're kettlebells and body weight/functional training exercises. I don't love bodyweight work but I need it!

I saw this on Fb too! Very exciting news!! I finally caved and got AppleTV with the plans of subscribing to Virtual Skogg. With the holidays amongst us I've been putting off subscribing because I just don't need an extra $30 on my credit card. Who knows what I'll do now

Melissa: On FB there is a post in answer to some questions that says this:

Virtual SKOGG and SKOGG at Home are interchangeable. Some of the Virtual content is used in the new DVDs. We have had many requests from folks that are unable to use streaming workouts, and must use DVDs. Folks with Virtual SKOGG, we will be downloading about 20 more workouts during the next few months to continue to bring you more and different content.

Maybe that will help you decide!

Thanks Gibbee, I forgot about that. One part I wasn't thrilled to read was "Warm up, workout and cool down in less than one hour" Under an HOUR?! I'm more of an under 30 minutes kind of girl. I guess I'll have to wait & see how long they are.
