I have both. I really liked RKS, when I did it, but haven't done it since.

Skogg I also did a full rotation, but it was boring at end. However with Skogg, I use one of the 4 level 4 workouts every week. Skogg took me to a very advanced level. It is pure kettlebells, perfect form, instruction and delivery. I don't think there is another workout as good as his in terms of how it flows and how great you feel afterwards. You are worked hard. I'm happy I purchased Skogg because I know I have great workouts in 26 minutes or less. I don't think I will do it as a rotation again, but will always use his dvds.

Good luck, you can't go wrong with either.

I had both RKS and Skogg. I agree that the instruction on Skogg was much better, but I preferred RKS. I ended up trading Skogg, but kept RKS.

I'm really glad I have both. I think each one is fun and effective in its own way. RKS has great variety in their workouts, and Skogg has helped me perfect form and you get a great workout with both in a short time.

I purchased RKS, disliked it, and traded it for Skogg. I much prefer Skogg. However, my life would have been just as happy if I didn't own either system. I have many other kettlebell workouts I prefer to RKS and Skogg.

This. I would not get rid of either. Two of my best workout system purchases ever (plus my husband loves Skogg).

I have both, like them and will keep them. I did Skogg first.

Breezy, just out of curiosity, what are the other kettlebell workouts you like better? I'm trying to build my library of KB workouts.

TIA.

This is another one of those classic "you must have BOTH" threads with the added teaser ("plus you can't live without these others either, just saying...)

I plan on getting Skogg at some point. I'm all about form and instruction.

I don't want to go off topic or hijack this thread, so I'll PM you, Julie. However, for me, if I had to reduce it to just one: Lauren Brooks.
