Question Best Low Impact Rotation/Series

What do you feel is the best low impact rotation/series out there? A rotation/series that is well rounded and would ideally give comparable results as far as strength and improved cardio endurance when compared to a less joint friendly rotation/series.

This can be any series, any instructor, not necessarily beginner either.

I am restricted to low impact due to a plethora of overuse injuries. The best TRULY low impact I've found is Team Body Project. It's a streaming subscription, but there are lots of free workouts on youtube.

teambodyproject.com

I'm not a fan of subscriptions, but I enjoyed the youtube workouts so much I had to subscribe!

Thanks! I'll look into these. I wish there were more dvds. I don't have a smart tv.

I actually ended up buying a Roku Express from Amazon just for these workouts! It cost about $25. Team Body Project has an app available for it.

I suggest Angiefitnesstv on YouTube. She has many different series, all free and I'm finding them very effective. I'm addicted, and seeing some nice muscle tone.

Mostly Cathe and Jessica. I was looking something somewhere in the middle.

i recently got into Tracie Long's Longevity series. i had been a Tracie fan forever, but ventured away after her TLT series (2006).

she had a sale sometime last year, and i bought a couple from her Core Movement and Metabolic Strength. they're good, but a little challenging for me. then i read encouraging comments about her Longevity series which came out 10 years ago (!). tried a few and liked them!

other intermediate instructors:

Erin O'Brien
Ellen Barrett
Amy Dixon - especially the Women's Health series
Gilad - Quick Fit series has 3 cardio and a weights disc in this set
Kathy Smith - Project You
Anni Mairs - i recently acquired her workouts. these are great.
Angie Miller - another recent acquisition
Pam Cauthen Merriwether - anything she did with The Firm is great
Tom Holland
Gunnar Peterson - Core Secrets and the Shape workout he did
Jari Love
KCM
early Michelle Dozois like Your Best Body, Weight Watchers
early Jeanette Jenkins
Classic Firm and BSS1
Tony Horton - P90 and P90 Masters, Power Half Hour
Gin Miller
