PN Joint Gentle Classical Pilates because I wanted to blast my lower body and upper body(I added weights).

Carol~definitely a deceptive name!

HAHA on 3 miles 5 days a week being moderate. For Pahla, I guess it is.

I loved today's BBFIT workout. First half of the workout was standing arms/posture moves with 3 lbs. weights. Second half was on the floor, mostly on all 4s but also using weights. I usually don't like kneeling workouts or those that are wrist intensive, but this was fine and felt really effective. No crunches. Bailey is so creative and I really like her. I am definitely signing up for a 7-day free trial and if that goes well, I'll give her a try for couple of months.

Funny how we all have different definitions of "moderate". "Running" doesn't belong on my moderate list.

I was doing so well doing regular DVD workouts AND checking in often in May and then June happened.... Frankly, I felt way better in May when I was being so consistent so it's my goal to get back to doing that again. I did workouts in June just not as often as I wanted to.

I'm working through Jessica Smith's Summer of Strength rotation.

Christine, sorry you have been struggling with vertigo! I hope to see you back around soon.

Hi,

Late and fly by check in for me today:

Jessica Smith - WS 3.0 - Cardio Interval Sculpt. I used my 5's for both the heavy and light weight parts and it worked well. I followed Debbie for low impact. It wasn't as bad as I expected!

Jessica Smith WS 3.0 - 15 Min Strong stretch - to wrap up my morning!

Outdoor walk this evening.

I may be scarce for a few days - fiscal year end and ramp up to new FY this week. And, a short week, too, w Friday being a holiday!

I decided to do something different since I finished up Pahla's 31 Day Challenge - a few days out of order, but I got them all in at some point - so I did:

Ellen Barrett - Slim Sculpt - 45 minutes;
Walk - 25 minutes

I had forgotten that every time I do Slim Sculpt I find it challenging, even with super light weights. My dip into "something different" probably won't last long - I'm thinking I will restart the Challenge workouts in a day or two.

Donna - Nice job! I'm thinking a Jessica stretch and a walk may be all I do today.

Brenda - Running is definitely not moderate...

Dana - That workout sounds good!

Cheri - I love the Joint Gentle Classical Pilates workout! Definitely one of my favorites.

Christine - Hope you are feeling better soon ~
