Challenge Bar Workouts?

I've wanted the challenge bars from Bodyrock for evahhhhh and they are finally in a bundle deal I could go for.

My question is, how much is available for workouts? Not just from bodyrock. The big thing is, I don't have the internet for streaming access so, I'm thinking my options to USE the bars might be limited?

Post your favorite workouts that I can use with the bars!!! I'd like links to the streaming options as well so at least I know but, paper, video,downloads etc....
