I did LIIFT4 Week 1 Day 3: Shoulders LIIFT Intervals & Day 4: Legs LIIFT 50/50 today and again, perfect to add together! My arms were sore from yesterday, but the shoulder work was still just fine. And by cutting out one warmup and one cooldown, I can fit them in just over an hour (I can't skip the abs!). So perfect for me.

I'm mixing them with some metabolic workouts...just because.

Just gotta say that combining these workouts is really good for me!
Yesterday I did LIIFT4 Week 2 Day 1: Chest/Triceps Circuit & Day 2: Back/Biceps LIIFT 50/50. Really fries the upper body, but I feel like I get a better workout.

And I LOVE lifting heavy! The challenge of doing all those reps with a heavier weight is awesome!

Kathy: Surely makes me work hard! But I am enjoying LIIFT4 the more I do it. And thanks to your wonderful posts!

Today LIIFT4 Week 2 Day 3: Shoulders – LIIFT Intervals & Day 4: Legs HIIT . I liked both of these a lot. First one of course all various shoulder work with quick little cardio boosts in between sets. And good core work as usual. Legs was all unweighted cardio moves but it sure hits the legs hard. And I liked the cardio boost.

Notes: The cast is so fun in these, and funny! Sometimes they are serious, other times joking around. It's nice.
Josh is HUNKY!
Joel is a fun instructor, tries to be funny in a charming way and gives really good form pointers.

I'll continue on adding these in to my rotation.
